It's time to get in shape: lose body fat and improve your health in Body Camp Challenge! Join our 8 week program. We'll give you a nutrition/diet plan that works for life! You'll also get 5 days/week of intense cardiovascular and weight training exercise. Modifications are offered by experienced trainers who have been where you are now. They know how to lose weight and keep it off! Olympic Fitness offers a great support staff for Body Camp and teaches you how to keep in shape after the camp is over. It's a life-time journey. We also offer a Teen Body Camp Challenge. It's a 4 week, 3 day/week program for 12-18 year olds. We'll teach Campers how to workout and eat properly for life! What a valuable experience this will be! Our next Adult Body Camp starts November 29th at 10 am or 7 pm. It's a great time to take the challenge. This program will teach you healthy habits for LIFE! It's not a quick fix or a fad diet. It's about healthy eating habits and exercising to lose and then maintain your weight. Also, it's not necessarily just for those who are overweight or just starting ( or getting back into ) exercise. We have had several success stories from people who are already exercisers and want to take their fitness to the next level. Participants have trained for triathlons, 1/2 marathons and more.
