        Overall

        Most of the staff is awkward and sometimes rude--last cut I got was decent but it took over an hour to take a few inches off because the stylist was so chatty. I just called to make an appointment and felt the person answering was unenthusiastic and rude. I did not make the appointment and don't plan on going back

        Woman: Very blank tone "Hair Masters..."

        Me: "Hi, I'd like to make an appointment for today or tomorrow."

        Woman interrupts to ask 'What for?"

        Me: "I need a few inches taken off"

        Woman: "Yea. What time?"

        Me: "Is there an opening for tomorrow?"

        Woman: "Yea.. What time?"

        Me: "Never mind, I'll go somewhere else" *Click*
