Lore L.Ltd did such an amazing job in our home. The design Jeff the owner came up with in our Master Closet utilizes the space wonderfully. We love our shelving in our closet. They also did my mirrors with beautiful mirrors frames on them. Lore L.Ltd had a really nice showroom that showed you all their mirror options and frame options which was really nice. One of our favorite things in our house and most talked about is our Frameless Shower Enclosure. Jeff designed a custom shower enclosure that we loved. They also offer a product for the glass to help keep clean called ClearShield and I have to say it is a must on anyone's shower glass. The installers were such a delight in our home. They were polite and respectful in our home; they even cleaned up after themselves which was so wonderful. We loved the work Lore L. Ltd. did that we had them come back out and put bronze mirror back splash in our kitchen. We highly recommend Lore L. Ltd to do any of your Mirror, Shelving, or Shower Enclosure work. Go to their showroom, it is beautiful and shows you a nice variety, not to mention the people in the office are very nice and helpful.

Lore L. did a fantastic job on our shower door, it is beautiful and we are extremely pleased with the product and service. The installation crew was on time, neat, courteous, and thoroughly professional. We absolutely love our shower door and are going to be redoing our guest bath shower enclosure and will be sure to be using Lore L. again for that project.

The crew did a terrific job. The mirrored walls look great. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lore L Ltd to our friends and neighbors. Very pleased with the quality of work!

Don't use this company if you want any kind of customer service! A man came to the house and measured for a very expensive shower door - the first time we used it there was water all over the floor. When they came to check it out they said the tile sill was not tilted at the right angle. We thought the man who measured for the job would have taken this into consideration as he was going to install his product here. We had the shower sill fixed and Lore L charged us an additional $90 to come back and put the door back! He kept saying it was not his fault and would I blame them if the shower drain didn't work? I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Lore L did a good job on their initial installation, but I cannot recommend their after installation service. They repaired a shower door that had got loose on its hinges, at a charge of $90. I was told this would be guaranteed for a year. Six months later exactly the same thing has happened again. I called them and they refuse to honor the guarantee. I tried to speak to the service manager and am told he is 'not interested in doing the work'. Buyer beware
