Went in for a new patient appointment to get my teeth cleaned I wasn't to sure about the place when arrived because it was old and dirty but I thought maybe it would be cleaner in the back. Once I was taken back the nurse asked me where I was having discomfort..... I had no discomfort.... so she then asked why I had an appointment. I let her know I had called because I was new to the area and needed my teeth cleaned she said I must have told hem something different on the phone. I let her know that no I hadn't because they called me the day before to tell me I would have to reschedule my original appointment because the doctor wanted to leave at 3 and didn't have time to clean my teeth. The nurse went upfront to speak to her manager around the corner where I heard her ask what she should do because I wanted my teeth cleaned. While this was going on I took the opportunity to look around the room where they kept there autoclave once I saw mold all over it I was done. During this time I listened to the manager tell the girl she would need to tell me to leave and schedule another appointment because the doctor was wanting to leave. I took this as a sign I let them know there facility is dirty and not to stress about trying to figure out my appointment this place is disgusting.

I gave this place a star only ...

I gave this place a star only because it wouldn't let me post without one.

I wouldn't go there again for any reason. If I needed a tooth pulled I would rather tie a string around it and put the other end on a door knob.

They try to "up-sell" you for more than your insurance coverage pays and their work was quoted higher than previous dentist. What a mistake going there.
