Worst customer service on the planet! Employees are not helpful, do not explain anything to you, assume you should know PLUS they treat you like trash if you ask questions. WORST people skills imaginable. They lied and said I wasn't getting nicotine. Meanwhile, gave me nicotine. When I went back 4 days later requesting NO Nicotine please, they charged me for a new bottle. The juice / solution was clear whereas my first / previous bottle, was not. I pointed this out and said perhaps I was accidentally given nicotine in my original purchase. The woman said "nope"! While claiming my bottle just turned two shades darker, a dark yellow and this happens. She also blamed the terrible feeling in my throat from the fact that I STOPPED smoking and turned to vapor mate however, that this was not vapor mate, rather, me having no cigarettes. WTF? Rude RUDE liars up there. Will never be back. I own a biz and if I spoke they way they did, I wouldn't have a business or a job. Best of luck VaporMate.
