Most of the units have roaches and/or mice or both and the management will not take all the steps to fix these issues or other repairs, they will just do stop gap work so you can not try to break the lease and they can collect money from a property they know is below standards.



People cook meat out in the field in the open sun (Great food source for mice) and the grounds are dirty and full of trash and most of the tenants are noisy and loud and seem to have no regard for quiet living.



Most of the units are in disrepair, even the newly remodeled ones and I have heard of electrical issues (Fire hazards), pest problems and generally that they leave everything till they have to repair it or fix it.



I would NOT give these people any of my hard earned money, all you will end up with is roaches noisy neighbors and a lease you wish you never signed.



Also, the owner placed FALSE TESTIMONIALS from tenants on the complex's official website.
