J L Dispatching Taxi Service

This is a place for uneducated dispatchers. Ask for her name to report her she told to go to hell and will cancel my cap for calling back. Will never call them again. I’m in We Care taxi who I recommend.

I was in my truck, The Taxi cab driver blew the STOP sign at Home depot.Put my in the ditch !! DO NOT RIDE WITH THEM !!!!!! And, I am going to get them to repair my front end !!!!

The dispatcher that I came across was extremely rude and disrespectful. I called her on Friday and Saturday to confirm a taxi to be there by the arrival of the train, but it wasn't. I called her back and she told me to wait 20 minutes. After 20 minutes she cursed me out and hung up the phone, so there were 3 people standing at the train station for an hour not having a car. When I stopped by her office she started yelling and warning to call the police for trespassing. She accused me of "not being able to take no for an answer" and stated "now I'm not driving you, and no one is"

The dispatchers at this cab company are extremely rude, have zero manners & patience with customers. Name-calling of their customers very common for them. Efforts at relaying complaints to management have fallen on deaf ears. Not much option for calling other cabs as this company own other cabs in town with the same group of rude, unprofessional dispatchers. Save yourself & stay away.

The dispatcher was a lady and she was very rude, nasty and unprofessional. Don't know how they can run a place with someone as uneducated as her working for them.

The dispatcher is rude, the taxi dirty and unsafe. The driver and passengers all smoke in the taxi! They will pick you up whenever they feel like and pick up/drop off other paasengers on the way.
