Made it look like they were attempting to be helpful to fix my problem. Appeared friendly and helpful. My phone would not turn on. The first person "plugged it in to diagnose the problem." When this did not work, he brought it over to a second person and plugged it in to his computer to "see if iTunes could diagnose the problem." When that didn't work he brought it to the third person who said there was nothing they could do. Then person number one started talking about my upgrade options. Lucky for me I was in no position to make a decision. I decided to see if the Apple store had other options. I made an appointment for the next day. But, I made one more attempt myself to fix it. I plugged it to my own computer, iTunes did a software and firmware update, ALL IS RESTORED AND WORKING FINE! If this were the end of the story, I would just say the men were uninformed or inexperienced. But, once my phone was functioning, I got an email stating that, during the time my phone was supposedly off and not working and I was STANDING IN THE PORT JEFF STATION VERIZON WIRELESS STORE, someone used my iTunes account to log in to FaceTime!!! I immediately changed my password, but am REALLY worried now that they stole my information. DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOUR PHONE! Yes, they are not crowded - I should have taken that as a sign that they are also not professional!

This place closed permanently and I can't say I'm too surprised the manager there didn't even know the plans.
Never feel like I'm being ripped off here they let me choose what I need and don't need they never try to ram things down my throat like some of those other stores they also aren't pushy sales people and let you decide at your own pace. Got my new phone and case from Rob he gave me a discount and transfered my info great guys!!!
I have used this as my local Sprint store for 6 years. Evert is the best. Always goes above and beyond to help. Truly cares about his customers.
Cant stand this guy Phil took him 20 minutes to even pay my bill absolute disgrace dont ever go to this place.
The only store ill go too always have the answer to all my issues. Always seem to genuinely care for whats right in my situation very personable. Only deal with Robert and Evert
Extremely unprofessional; deceitful, rude, not helpful, zero knowledge! Very poor interpersonal and communication skills, unethical treatment of customers! Make multiple mistakes with plan set-up and transactions! Unwilling to fix their mistakes, withhold information such as their full names when asked by customer and hang up the phone on customers! I would never deal or purchase anything from them! A disgrace to the town's business community!
Only one star. A disappointing Verizon store. Not very helpful, trust me you can do better at another Verizon location.
