I've used Tom three times now and every time he and his team deliver excellence. This time around was special because I am covered by a new insurance company, which gave Tom an estimate that Tom refused to accept. Tom set up a new estimate with the insurance company and they agreed that their first estimate was more than half way short of what was actually needed! I was a bit surprised because I am not using a cut-rate insurance company. The bottom line folks: This place is competent and they have integrity...an extremely rare combination in business. You can bring your business here and have complete confidence the work will be done right, completely, and timely.

We have used Tom at Silver Star on both our Subaru and Toyota. We couldn't be happier with the work. Tom is professional in every way. Our cars are always fixed in a timely matter, and often times cleaner then when we dropped them off. I would recommend Silver Star to both family and friends!

Recently had my car repaired at Silver Star Collision and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. From initial inspection thru delivery we couldnt have asked for better service. Tom is great! When you have an accident he calmly and efficently walks you through the process with the insurance company. He advocates for you to get the best settlement. Then he does an outstanding job of repairing your car quickly. It looks like new. He even got us a great deal on a rental car.

I can't believe how fast silver star collision fixed my car and made it look brand new like nothing had ever happened! I crashed my car into the side of highway during the snow like three weeks ago, my front bumper and license plate were broken. My insurance company sent me to this place and the owner Tom took pictures of my car and explained to me what parts were damaged and what needed to be fixed. I right away knew that he was professional and therefore I decided to let them fix my car even though I have never heard of this place before. They fixed my car in less than four days and the result is amazing!!! If you need to get your car fixed quickly and well done then this is the right place to go. I truly appreciate Tom and his team!

The experiences were no hassle ones and Tom worked with me to make sure that I was a happy customer.



Having my vehicle damaged was, at least for me, a gut-wrenching experience - twice in one year even more so. So, it is nice to know that there are still people out there like Tom who treat you as a valued customer, express some sympathy for the momentary loss, and elicit a sense of integrity and honesty.



Kudos to Tom Silver and Silver Star Collision. I will certainly use Silver Star for any future vehicular body shop work.

This place is so incredibly honest and helpful. My son was rear-ended at a stop light causing damage to both the back of the car and the front where he was pushed into the car ahead of him. Tom Silver, the owner, was able to give us a quote quickly and he handled all the insurance paper work for us, including for the rental car we used during the repair.



The job that Silver Star did was excellent. You couldn't tell that the car had been hit.



I can't say enough about Tom Silver. He was patient with my many questions and he answered them in a way I could understand. Actually, I was so impressed that, three weeks later, when someone backed out of a parking spot into the back of my car, while I was parked, I brought my car to Silver Star. The car came back looking perfect. The paint job was an exact match and, just like with my son's car, the job was done when promised and was returned neat and clean both inside and out.
