Don't ever call this company. They are out of state. They are not able to quote times or approximate rates. The man I spoke to told me "I can't even help you" and hung up on me. However they advertise service in all areas.
This is an out-of-state call center. They will rip you off. For more information on these scam "locksmiths", go to the BBB website. Always look for a BBB Certified locksmith company to avoid getting ripped off.
I called to ask if they serviced a certain area and I am glad that they dont because they were so rude to me and then hung up on me! I wanted to call back and give them a peice of my mind but instead I decided to give whomever is searching for a locksmith a heads up NOT to use this company. There company should be all about customer service, and they have NONE! I very highly would NOT recommend this compant to anyone unless you feel like being treating like a idiot!! They dont deserve any stars in my opinion but I had to give them atleast one to post my review.. NO STARS TO YOU EMPIRE SECURITY! YOU ARE HORRIBLE!
