Med Express

Had a bad experience there....... However after notifying via email and facebook they made it right.

Husband was sick ( he never gets sick) and from the time we walked in the door, we were attended to promptly. Staff is friendly and the Dr was very good . After having x-rays, the Dr recommended we go to the hospital as he said it was pneumonia. They even called a couple days later to see how he was doing. Thank you for having such a great walk in clinic in our home town.

I was seen promptly. The doctor was very thorough and pleasant to work with. Staff was competent and attentive. Cost was very reasonable.

Walked in with my friend's two year old who was bleeding profusely on her face. The front desk did not say one word except "just so you know it's going to be at least an hour and a half wait." Ok so apparently bleeding two year olds mean nothing to them, and we were turned away because they did not take her commercial insurance. There was no other help to get us in the right direction for someone that would take her insurance and was open on a Sunday. This place has a total lack of care or empathy for any one, and was extremely rude!! I would give less than 1 star if I could.

I love how they are considerate of your time. Great customer service.

I was apprehensive after reading the review below however I am glad I chose to go to MedExpress on Pine Grove Ave.

I went on a Friday at 10:00am. The staff was front desk Beth, Nurse Stephanie, and Dr. J. Stratford, DO. They all were VERY pleasent; from walking in saying Hello to walking out with my prescription.

They gave me a very welcomed feeling and that they had a desire to help. Plus I was well informed of my condition, not just looked at for 1min then thrown a prescription.

Definitely the nicest, cleanest, and genuine facility I have ever been to. The wait was very short, hardly any waiting at all. I would HIGHLY recommend going there and I surely will return if I need to.

Facility was clean since being new but front staff and nurse aides not friendly. Dr was nice but will never go back, not understanding or helpful
