We have now had 2 awful experiences with Sam's Club optical. The employee named Bridgid has been very rude twice now to my 12 year old daughter! Her glasses have broken twice since we got them in February this year! The first time was 8 days after we received them. Both times when we went in for repairs she has rudely accused my daughter of being neglectful with them. She even stated to her that these glasses look like they've been to hell and back....Again she is 12 years old!! Very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior! ! My other daughters glasses have broken twice also ones we have purchased at Sams. I can assure you that my daughter's take care of their posessions. I believe the quality isn't up to pare, but instead she made my daughter feel horrible! ! We will NEVER do business here again!!!!
