Our company provides a service for absentee homeowners by performing regularly scheduled checks of your home to determine if there are any problems that need attention. Instead of overwhelming a neighbor or relative with watching your home and hoping they have time to stop by your house on a regular basis, Doss Home Watch can be watching and taking care of any problem that may come up. Our 24/7 services will be customized to meet your needs. Doss Home Watch uses the software program “QRIDit” which uses GPS positioning to provide evidence that we have made a visit to your home and then records and integrates this info into the final report that we send to you when we have finished. Rest assured, we are professionals in all aspects of the services we provide. Doss Home Watch offers a detailed checklist that is customized to your home to include all the services you may request.
