        I have owned my home in Gulf Cove. Myakka River Development, at 33981 since 1997. Prior to that I owned a home in Englewood at 10493 Greenway ave 34224. Started this business in 1989.         We can clean roofs without blasting them off with a pressure washer. many roofing manufacturers and their association [ ARMA ] specify cleaning by applying 2 cleaning agents and water. I use this method and it lasts aprox twice as long as a power washing does and does no damage, as it pumps at 60psi. A pressure cleaning machine will average 3000 to 4000 psi.
