        Overall

        Dr. Ballestas and his staff take care of my medical needs promptly and efficiently without being intrusive or condescending. Flexible scheduling and extended hours are appreciated. Good communicator who keeps me fully informed about the situation at hand.

        Dr. Ballestas practice includes a walk-in clinic, so the traffic can be a little unpredictable, but I've never had a problem getting care when I need it. I've also never had a problem with feeling short-changed on his time or attention (and that of his staff).
