        Had all teeth extracted and given temp. dentures on a Friday. Was given 3 Rx - one was for penicillin which I am deathly allergic to. When my friend went to fill them I had her ask about the one that had "pen" in the name and sure enough it was for penicillin. It is clearly marked in my chart that I am allergic. On top of that none of the Rx had been signed by the doctor so none could be filled. It was the following Mon. before I could get any meds. I am still unable to wear my lower plate due to the fact that I can't chew with it and there is pain when I wear them. I have lost track of how many times I've been back there and still I am dissatisfied. I would not recommend them to anyone!

        DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very poor patient care. Last teeth cleaning was unacceptable. Barely cleaned teeth and barely polished teeth. Less that 10 minutes. Then next appointment was screwed up. Felt like a dental factory. More concerned with getting rid of me for the next patient. Also waited 30 minutes after appointment time before going in. Previous filling work poorly done where the dentist created a problem that hadn't existed and then ignored my complaint. Will never go back!

        These people wanted to extract the only good tooth in my mouth. Refused to work around it. Do NOT recommend them, unless it is free!

        Bad Experience with Aspen

        My daughter was in extreme pain. Aspen in Port Charlotte made her wait 4 hours then they refused to treat her or ecan make another appt until they got a fat check even though she has insurance. Such a lack of compassion. Aspen can suck it.

        I had extractions and immediate dentures. Been back twice in past few weeks for relines, which are normal because of reduction of swelling, and they were courteous and very attentive to what I was saying about how they fit. Decided to upgrade to Comfilytes as well.

        Extractions and imediates went well but follow up service has been a nightmare: Soft relines have been done 3 times in a week, twice being in the same appointment; The 'new" assistant must have been right out of school: Have done better myself at home; Looking for a new provider before permenants are made
