Overall

Do not use this doctor!!! Went in for a procedure, which fixed nothing, and while I was under he knocked out one of my front teeth. Told me that because I signed paper work there was nothing I could do. Told me to deal with it. Please please for your health, and possibly your dental health, use another doctor!!
