I bought an e-cig kit at this store and was given poor instructions on how to use it, so I went back and was told how to turn it on, and I took a puff and it seemed fine; until I got home and tried again. No matter what I tried it will not work. I called the store and was told I might need a new part already! Really?!? and she can't do a refund, but the boss will probably give me the part if I come talk to him. But she doesn't know when he'll be in. She didn't even take my name and number for her boss. Lousy customer service! I'll try to get this situation solved, but after that, I'm done with this store!
