My previous prescription was incorrect - Not progressive bifocals at all. I knew they didn't seem right, but thought my eyes were just adjusting to them as I was told.When we returned for new glasses, it was CONFIRMED that I was not given the progressive bifocals I had paid over $600 for. I was offered a $25 discount ....I sent an email to CORPORATE. Within a few days a received a call that my husband's glasses would be provided free of charge and mine were ordered (that I had purchased). I spoke with the Store Manager who was rude. I replied to CORPORATE email commenting on rudeness of Manager. The following Monday I received a call from the store that my husband's glasses were cancelled, my glasses were cancelled. I was reimbursed for my glasses I had ordered, but I was not given a choice in the matter.I do want to add that the OPTOMETRIST IS WONDERFUL. It's a shame that she is there...I would love to be able to use her again, but at this time, I feel that this is highly unlikely...........I would recommend using the Optometrist, getting the prescription in hand, and walking straight out the door and going anywhere else to get REAL GLASSES THAT WORK!
