Never use Allen's Muffler in Poplar Bluff, MO. Called to make an appt to have 4 new tires put on and when I got there the receptionist was rude and didn't even have me down on the books. Then when I got home I seen they put a scratch on both sides of my car with the jack they used to change my tires!! I have a nice sports Audi TT Quattro Convertible and would like to not have a scratch on it and now I have two! I bought 4 new tires and asked for the tires to be balanced and when I drove home, I had to take it to Swaffords and have them balance the tires cause the employee's at Allen's never did it. I watched them balance them at Swaffords and the worker showed me that all 4 tires where never touched at Allen's, he showed me how far off they were! Allen is a great guy, but his employee's aren't worth crap and I'm shocked he still has a business. Everyone I've talked to since last week 4/22/2016 telling them what happen said OH NO you NEVER take anything to Allen's. Lesson learned
