Would not recommend this salon. First experience was over-priced and literally took over ten hours. My regret was going back, again took over five hours and walked out with results that brought me to tears. Im sad to say I felt under-appreciated and taken-advantage of... This was with an appt (stuck waiting in lobby for 50min. past appt). No one apologized or expressed concern. The return visit could of easily been reduced if I had not spent most the time sitting and watching my stylist take two other clients and perform full color on both of them during MY paid appt. As a mother and wife who doesn't make much time for myself, this overall experience literally had me cry myself to sleep after walking out with unfinished (wrong color)hair and respectfully paying full price. My stylist did a very poor job of making me feel like a valued client as I did have a scheduled appt. I was clearly not a priority.. (That stylist never returned my calls to fix my hair)..
