I ordered the wrong type of vitamin on CVS.com and the next day I tried to return in store. They are unopened. However, the associates there and even the manager didn't know how to do a refund for a online purchase return because there is no barcode on the receipt. So I called CVS.com customer service for help, they say the store doesn't need a barcode to do the refund and they can go through the instruction with the manager. After the CS explain everything to the Manager(Zack? I dont remember his name), the manager said "I know what to do now, but the amount is over $60, and I don't feel like doing it..." I called CVS CS again and CS says store return has nothing to do with the amount, they should accept the return. Anyway, the manager there rejected the return first because he didn't know the procedure and later rejected it again just because he didn't want to do it.
Update your store hours they are inaccurate and misleading for your pharmacy. The site says 10 pm and the pharmacy actually closed at 6
They have a very friendly and helpful staff and a nice, clean store, and always lots of bargains every week. This is my favorite store in Poplar Bluff, MO.
