I'm a waitress and understand the difficult times that may come upon the restaurant. But... the service was horrible. I got there at 10:20, got my food at 11:46, and left at 12:09. Asked for the manager, the manager came and gave the "what?" face. I was at a lost for words. She asked us what do we want to do about it. We asked her to comp the meal (no more than $25) and she asks "the whole thing?" while looking confused. Austin (I think that's his name) wasn't my waiter but did a great job putting in my food and getting the manger for me.
Service is good and fast. The place is extremely crowded all the time.Food is too salty for my taste though. Not enough vegetarian dishes.
Well me and my girlfriend went to Ruby Tuesday's in pooler on 1-8-17. We really both were looking forward to the salad bar. As we approached the location it almost appeared like it was closed but then seen someone coming out. So we park, go inside, get seated immediately, I go to the restroom and come back thinking the beverages would be there any minute. Wellll didn't happen my girlfriend said know one has waited on us yet. OK by this time it's almost 10 mins of sitting with at least 3 different servers passed us to go to one couple sitting in the area behind us. Now think back to what said bout arriving at location and wondering if they were open. So sitting there and wondering why I'm watch servers sit on there phones, which if I had to guess the gentleman dressed in grey slacks appearing to be a manager just stand there while his staff texted or facebooked, and might I add there was on couple sitting in our area. So after me sitting there watching and setting my timer to give them a chance to actually serve us which know one did before my timer went off, we got up and walked out. As we were leaving told the receptionist that know one waited on us. Will not recommend this location nor return. Poor management, poor staffing.
ive never experienced such poor service. And it's not the staff. It's the management. The manager brought my food to the table which was a burger I asked to be rare. She precedes to put my food on the table I can already see the marker on it says medium and she says "cut into this and see if it's done enough." I said it's well done there's no pink. I said don't worry I'm kind of in a hurry. Nothing but attitude from her after that. Never again.
I'm not one of those diners that are always looking for something free, with that being said this little place has good food and great service. The food is prepared fresh and the place is very clean and open. Down home good value and great tasting food.
Best in all of Savannah area! The salsa should be bottled.
Worst logans ever. 35 empty tables when we walked in and waited at the bar for an hour before seating.
Horrible, HOW CAN I SAY THIS NICELY . DO NOT GO AND EAT THERE. I use to go there regularly and my food order was messed up always. Last time I went for food to go they made my order wrong> WHEN I TOLD THEM I WOULDNT EAT IT THEY INSISTED HOW I WAS WRONG AND WOULD NOT REFUND ME. THEY ARE THIEVES. DO NOT EAT THERE. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Been to waffle house and loved it !! You do need hair net . The young lady that waited on us was very nice Brianna was her name . A little loud but happy place.
Terrible Service was the highlight! The hashbrowns (extra $$) were so dry they were almost powder. The Raisin Toast and the English Muffin (extra $$) were coated with something that tasted RANCID - no way would we eat them! By the time the waitress came by - we were done (and I do mean DONE) with breakfast. I asked to have the $ for the toast/muffin taken off since they were NOT EDIBLE. "Nope" - since we ordered it, we had to pay for it. Good gosh - you can't take off a DOLLAR to possibly keep a customer? Oh, and the 'manager'... assuming she was the manager -- stood there as I was explaining that one dollar isn't worth the bad review --- she didn't utter one word.
