Not worth it at all. Just paying for them to tell you to change your diet, exercise daily, purge daily, and drink plenty of water...they do not even have a certified dietitian. The moringa supplement that's part of the package that they're supposed to supply...they ran out of on session 3 of 12, and told me I can buy it on Amazon. The advertisments said 20 mins of modern light technology to spot reduce troubled areas, yet I'm put under what looks like a tanning bed for 10 mins, then when I didn't see any results on my 3rd or 5th session as the consultant promised, they blame it on the new equipment, saying it's targeting the whole body so the process is slower...really? Don't eat for 2 hours before and after the 30 min session, which entails 8 mins in the Bemer, 10 in light therapy, and 12 on the vibration plate, twice a week, so basically starve for about 5 hours, shake (don't stir), exercise briskly for at least 30 mins, then purge. No breads, milks, sugars, oils, grains or wheats, etc., all no-brainer foods a dietitian would tell you to limit if you're trying to shed some pounds, is what they're advising, change to almost a vegan diet, consume fresh and organic foods, and have BM's like a duck, "because the more watery it is; the better it is, celebrate it!" OMG, are they aware that some people actually work for a living and can't spend 3/4 the day on the toilet, oh! and theres a compression garment to wear daily, I guess to fake it till you make honestly, I believe it's the change in diet, increase in exercise, and frequent purging that may cause a decrease in weight and inches, NOT the Fast-fit scam. I've lost inches over the years with diet and exercise alone, and have seen better results, it's a total scam and waste of money, DON'T RECOMMEND IT! Just the name alone says it all, because there's nothing fast about getting and staying fit...A TOTAL SCAM!

Don’t be fooled by this program. It’s a minimum of $2800. You will be told it’s all about the red light therapy. Then as you start coming they give you a strict diet to follow, give multiple supplements and make you take laxatives. To meet the 3 inch “guarantee” they only look at inches lost. So despite the fact that I had minuscule fluctuations in various areas both up and down they said I met the 3 inch guarantee.

Unless you are wanting an overpriced diet and exercise program I wouldn’t choose this.
