Touba African Braiding

Braids take a very long time because the girls are constantly texting and making calls on their phone. 7 cornrows to back with 1 row of box braids took 5 and a half hours.

Can not imitate styles, I asked for a style that hangs up on their door, and the woman did a terrible job imitating the style and gave me something completely different.



When I mentioned that the styles were very different, she started yelling and accusing me of not wanting to pay her! Which is untrue, I will always pay for my services wherever I go.

I asked if she could fix a certain part of my hair and she refused to fix it and even prior to this tried to make me 20 dollars more than what was quoted by another stylist this.

I have had braids my entire life, however with this woman at the shop, she braided so tight that she ripped out my edges, and I have so much scarring and bumps going around my entire front hairline. You may email me to see pictures.



I would not reccomend this shop to anyone.

If you do go here please ask that the owner does your hair only! Which is the taller, thicker, woman who has always been extremely customer-service friendly. I wish she would bestow this wisdom on her younger sister who has a very poor attitude!

I have worn braids off and on for years and this is probably the best braids I've ever worn. The stylist were fast and they braided my hair the way I like it braided. My head wasn't sore for three days like it normally is.

I belive that this is a great place to get your hair braided.

This braiding salon is filled with great artist that can creat

a work of art with just hair. So hope you enjoy...
