This is my go-to place! We parked by the bicycle shop because there’s a lot of parking options at the shop, on Sampson St, McGruder St, and on John Wesley Dobbs Ave. Renting at this bicycle shop is $5/ hour I believe so we ended up biking 3 hours for $15 which is the cheapest deal I’ve been able to find on the Beltline. Once we got our bikes, we got right on the beltline which is conveniently located right behind the shop.
Thrilled to have a bike shop in the Va/Hi village. The folks here are always eager to help and share their knowledge. Love that they've got some cool bike brands - Public and Linus - along with used bikes. I frequently stop by to see what they've got in stock. Due to the size of the shop, they don't have the biggest selection of gear and accessories, but I can look past that.
We have bought bikes from these guys for everyone in the family!! We take them back every year for tune-ups, and we're about to buy another bike for my youngest! They have a program that if you buy a child's bike there, when it's time to upgrade to a larger child's bike, they will put up to 50% of the original bike towards the purchase of the new bike!! They are AWESOME!!
You can't beat their location - right along the Eastside Beltline trail. They've always been super helpful when I needed some air, a spare tub or a mid-ride snack. They rent bikes for those looking to cruise the Beltline. And if you're looking for a new bike, they've got a great selection of new and vintage bikes that won't break the bank.
I bought my first bike here in 1985. I have now bought both my daughters their bikes here. Their staff knows bikes. They made perfect recommendation. We did a test ride around the parking lot. They offer free service for the life of the bikes.
I got my Scott road bike here several years ago and couldn't be happier. They've always been fast with the service and have even helped me with a few issues without charging me for the help. Will be sure to look here before I buy my next bike.
Exceptional service and amazing prices on repairs. I also bought my daughter's unicycle here and they were very helpful getting it sized for her correctly. These guys are serious about bikes and want you to have a good ride experience.
I got my Trek Lexa here several years ago and the service was outstanding. They did a personalized fitting for me and my bike has always been super comfortable. Lifetime tune-ups included with bike purchase :-)
Such a cool place! Virginia Highlands has been way past due for a solid bike shop. The guys are friendly, funny, and really know their stuff. Only bike shop in Atlanta I'll go to!
Great selection, very knowledgeable staff. They sell Trek and Cannondale, new bikes only. The repair staff is honest and will let you know what you actually need
