Dr Smith is wonderful but the phone staff and scheduling appts is horrible. No one ever answers phone and when someone finally answers its days later. I asked the person who anwered phone,Christina or christy or something like that, if Thursday was the only day they answer. She said no She got offended when I told her I've been trying to call to call for about a week and she didnt belive me. i told her i can show her my call history. Well she got argumentative and rude. I'm calling for my elderly mother. I would hate for mom to try to keep calling and calling about a foot problem. I also had problem with getting new shoes ordered. Mom was due in January for her new shoes but now its almost may and still waiting on her shoes. Also if you have a foot problem they schedule way out or Try to make the office visits combine with regular office visits which puts ur foot complaint on hold for another couple of months to just get it looked at. I argued with staff again to get mom in for only foot pain but they still combined it with toe clipping and had to wait two months. The scheduling lady said that's the only way mom could see Dr. ...not good for mom and for his business. I am changing drs due to his rude answering service and scheduling conflicts. I only want the best for my mom. Yes I did bring some issues up with Dr Smith but he blew it off like it was my fault . I m also taking this complaint to IHS.
Very bad experience! Receptionist was rude,unknowledgeable and very unprofessional.Dr Smith was condescending,belittling,uncaring etc. It was very painful.We will find another Podiatrist
This Doctor is terrible. He told my 14 year old to shut up because it didn't hurt. I almost hit him. Would not recommend him at all.
Dr. Smith and his staff are wonderful people. I would recomend him to any one having promlems with your feet. Thanks
