worst business to do business with .He will lie and con you out of your money .Enter with 1 problem leave with 4. Dose not stand by his work ,When a company dose not take credit cards a red flag should go off ,you have no way to get your money back..
Worst people I have ever dealt with since I have been with Srpint. I was sold the wrong plan and a device that duplicated a service that the phone plan (overpriced at that) already featured. Customer Service with Sprint told me to take the device back for return. Manager there at the store Richard Ragulski refused to do what Sprint had told him to do. The store personell there appear to do business by ripping off the customer, putting them into plans and services that are not needed and then are unwilling to honor Sprint guidelines to enhance customer satisfaction. I will never go to that store again and I will write a dissatisfaction letter to Sprint regarding dissatisfaction regarding service and practices provided by Richard Rogulski the manager of that store. Boo Boo and Boo for this store and it's manager.
Compared to other boost mobile stores this location has the most helpful staff that I have been too so far. They really know their stuff thanks guys!
