Flat roof replacement,paid 6200.00,several leaks, contacted/informed about issues, wont return calls/texts, now all our numbers we call from r blocked Hired this company to replace our flat roof, 50% down 50% at completion, with more work needed 4 pitched roof we were informed when flat room completed. 1st check was 2750.00, last check was 2750.00 and additional work on pitched roof was 700.00. Job was "supposedly" completed on Feb 26th 2018....had no rain events until 3 weeks ago, contacted Tony Smith (Jose's partner) from Roofs to go and told him about our issues. he informed us that he was very busy but would come by at the end of that week to repair......no show.....kept calling and texting, he replied he had a "family emergency issue" and would get back with us when he returned. 2 days ago another rain event.......more leaks and 1 previous leak in particular much much worse. Tried to call Tony Smith from roofs to go and he has blocked our numbers. Tried to contact Jose the owner and no replies, This company was a referral from a friend of mine and he, his workers also is being blocked by Roofs to go phones. Tried office numbers several times, left several voicemails, to now, mailbox if full..... sent several SMS messages, no replies. Have contacted, the state attorney's office, Hollywood, Fl PD, the better business bureau and also wrote a review on YELP to warn others not to be scammed........Up next? My Lawyer 2 sue. I will not stop until I have his license revoked in the state of Florida......took my $$$$ n ran without standing by your guarantee??? #ZEROINTEGRITY Messed with the WRONGEST Italian!!!!

This company installed a roof on my house in 2006. They were very proud of the fact they use materials that start at a 25-year warranty. Fast-forward to this month, and my roof is leaking. They do not answer their phone, and they only replied to my email because I was determined not to stop sending. Their response: I'm sorry we no longer have that number and are not working in the area.I am not going to stop until I get the authorities to find them.

RJ Chambers was referred to me. So I called him and he made an appointment to come to my home at 6 PM the very same day for a new tile roof estimate. I waited for him and then called him on his cell phone at 6:45 PM. He never showed and never called me back. BUYER BEWARE! You can just imagine if RJ did the work and you needed warranty work done you would never get help. P.S. His addressed upon search are all wrong he actually is divorced now and lives in Wellington.
