My only really positive experience I got out of my business with Lakes Electronics came as a result of my treatment by Emanuel, who handled my repairs. After dealing with the main office, I was hesitant to even deal with the company and had considered getting my repairs done independently. He came when he said he would, did what he said he would in an efficient manner, making a minimum of mess in my kitchen, and acted as my point of correspondence with the company. If I ever have to deal with this company, I will call him first, and let HIM deal with the office. I really have no desire to work with them. I'll recommend Emanuel, however, if he can help anybody else. He's good, he's quick, he's thorough, and above all, he's extremely courteous.

If I could give a 0 I would. From customer service to technicians this company is by far the worst. I’ve had an open ticket with Samsung since 10/05 and it’s 11/13 they contract out to Lakes Electronics and I’ve heard everything from we called you which “cell phone records speak for itself”, to we called and a person said wrong number...lie, to our technician will be there between 5pm to 7pm and no show. An adult must be present so people make arrangements to be home and no show. The office “assigned” person to your ticket never calls back...she’s away from her desk, at lunch or in a meeting with no call back and no voicemail to leave a message. Samsung looks bad if this is what “warranty service” they send. All for a microwave which I should just go out and replace myself. 😡😡
This company is the BIGGEST JOKE!!!!! Don't waste your time!! I have never in my life had to deal with such poor customer service!!! The technicians they send out are complete idiots! I walked in with a module for a motorhome. All it needed was a new PIN soldered. Guy at front desk immediately said no I've never seen us do pins. No concern, no initiative, no going out of his way. Said let me ask my techs. Came back one minute later. No we can help. What an electronic store that has never seen pins. Just rude I don't care attitude. Lost me and anyone I know customer for life.
Horrible experience rude service manager rude tech who claimed he would not be back if the issue happened again and Samsung would not open a ticket (Samsung did and filed a report with the company along with contacting another company to come out even though this company said no one else in the area would) Folks do your self a favor if your samsung device has issues and samsung makes this company come out to repair please kindly advise samsung to find someone else as much as this company spreads the lie that they are the only company if you ask samsung they will find someone else.
I have a Samsung dishwasher that was never used and came defective from factory. Samsung sent a tech that replaced the controls and left. when I run the unit, it spelled water on the sides. The door was not latching and that caused the leak. When I called the tech he very rudely told me that it was an installation problem, not his problem anymore and if i had a complain to call the office. I called the company to complain of course and I was told that the tech will come back to fix it. I told them I didnt want the same disrespectful one-cell-brain tech back but they told me he is the ONLY service tech they have in Miami!??! POOR SERVICE!

Unprofessional, Rude, No customer service at all, they gave me two appointments and never came, I asked permission on my work to be home waiting for them twice and they never came. Every Time i call them i waited on hold 45 minutes. TERRIBLE!!!!!!
