Overall

I had a horrible experience with this company. The best thing was their nasty attitude in turning away our business made us find another company, which saved us a lot of money on the project.



So that you can see how the management responds to a prospective customer, this is an excerpt of their response:



"As a courtesy we let people browse the showroom but this has gone on too long and I would be more than happy to process a transaction if you plan on placing one and if you do not then please do not keep coming in to the showroom. I hope this explains my feeling with this situation. Sorry for your dissatisfaction with my business. --Jeff Glass"
