        SFA!

        I had returned from the hospital after a prolonged illness only to discover that my Auto battery would no longer hold a charge and needed to be replaced. Naturally, I shopped around online to find the best deal; yet, I dreaded having to do the swap in some parking lot in my current state of health – when, at the last minute, I realized that I had not checked the Pep Boys site. …

        Pep Boys not only came in with lowest price, the quote INCLUDED INSTALLATION! Done deal.

        Though the pricing was a pleasant surprise, it was the customer service that was Simply Freakin’ Awesome! From the Service Writer, Arend, to the mechanic, Eddy, everyone demonstrated the utmost of professionalism and the customer care they provided was above and beyond all expectations.

        I admit to neglecting some basic servicing of my 20-year-old vehicle due to my illness. Thankfully, Arend and Eddie both insured that the battery actually needed to be replaced, checked the charging system, topped off all the fluids, etc. at no extra charge! Difficult to remove, my battery terminals were severely corroded and Eddy diligently cleaned and repaired the clamps and connection. Arend – WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE – presented to me a detailed list of issues that will need to be addressed in the future.

        Needless to say, Arend and the Pep Boys team on Copans Road in Pompano Beach, Florida will be my go-to, first choice for addressing those issues, when I have the funds, and any future repairs.

        My recent visit to Pepboys Pompano was awesome. Texus and Sceon are the people to see if you want your car service done right. They explained the process an gave me a time frame. My car was actually finished before the time that they had given me. Great Place.
