Whatever you do don't go see this dr!! She Barely even glanced at my skin and then tried to get me to buy her products and that was it !! Beware !!!

Terrible service. I had seen Dr Hecker in the past. When she first started her service used to be great, then her business became a money making business that deals with items instead of people. Did they forget that she and her husband are dealing with people and their health? Did they forget they are Doctors? They charge people for appoitments that were cancelled and then they start calling the client and asking for $25 for no show even when the client did cancel! I would never go back to that office or any of their offices. They run a very poor business. Their billing department doesn't even work in their office. They have a service calling people changing the money and they don't even accept the payment. The answer is you have to call the office, and when you call the office no body knows anything and they send you back to Billing which takes you no where. I will never trust my health in their hands. I am the daughter of two doctors and I am ashame to even say there are Doctors like Doctor Hecker who run a " poor store" rather than a healthcare business. Please do yourself a favor and never ever go back over there

What a cattle call! Shove 'em in, shove 'em out. And please, what doctor has their business in residential home, unbelievable! No parking. Won't go back.
