After a few really ridiculously high quotes, I decided to contact Burley Electric due to yelp and google reviews. Best thing I ever did!
Not only was I given a fair quote, without being told I needed unnecessary work done, they completed the job in half the time expected. The total cost was a 1/3 of what others wanted.
If you want hassle free job done, then contact Burley Electric. Ricardo was amazing, he really knew what he was talking about. Lance was honest and informative about everything.
I will use them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Lance and his crew at Burley Electrical are top notch! They have completed small electrical repairs like fixtures and outlet installations. They also provided an accurate and well priced quote for replacing my old Federal Pacific 150 amp breaker to a new 200 amp panel. I was more than pleased with their professional demeanor, the work that was done and the timeliness in which they finished. I'll use this company again in the future without question. Code Violations, Fire Hazard and had to get a Second Electrician to do everything over! I needed quite a bit of work done - some easy work like adding a fan or swapping out a fixture, some more complex like running new electrical wire through high ceilings and walls. The first couple of visits went great. The second to last visit the technician recommended asking Lance the owner for a second person to come the next time so that the rest of the tasks could be completed in one day - sounded great to me so that's what I did. Here's all that what went wrong:



Techs came to home without Timers he was supposed to install and I had to run to the store... later on I was told that they don't bring timers. Perhaps it would have been nice to tell me this ahead of time since I am used to people bringing the right tools to the job. Silly me.



Major surge occurred and both Timers went dead within 10 hours, 2 expensive surge protectors went dead at same time and my backyard light which is right behind where the timers were hasn't worked since this happened



Job didn't get done in one day despite my paying for 2nd person



2nd person did not know what he was doing and needed constant coaching by first tech - also punched a hole in ceiling in wrong place after Sr. tech told him exactly where to put it... I know because I was right around the corner and heard all this



When I notified Lance of the problems and wanted him to come back and fix them and complete the tasks that were supposed to be done in one day he wanted me to pay for the Timers to be installed a second time! What? I already paid for 2 new timers and surge protectors and I'm willing to pay for the backyard light (even though it occurred when the surge happened).



We've been going at it for a couple of months now and he continues to play games: does not answer questions like" What day and time?" "What Saturday can it get done?" and even did a No-show on me... just hoping I would give up and move on.



Lance took care of me until there was a problem, now he is more concerned about getting New business instead of taking care of the customers he has.

Due to a smoking light fixture in my garage last Saturday, the fire department turned part of my electric off until I could get an electrician out. It was a holiday weekend so I waited until Tuesday to call Lance. I have used him in the past and he was prompt, explained what he was doing and didn't try to sell me anything more that what I needed. I received the same service this time. He sent an electrician out the very next morning and again I received excellent work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Burley Electric and will use them in the future should I ever need work.

I woke up Sunday morning to find that several zones in my home were without electricity. I did everything I could think of to identify the problem but had no success. I called Burley Electric and fortunately they are available 24/7 and was able to come out right away. Lance Burley was at my house within the hour and quickly identified the problem. He also helped me find the on-demand hot water unit that was causing the power failure to occur. I found Burley Electric to be professional, courteous and very reasonable for services provided. I would definitely use them again should I have a need.

Burley Electric Service, Inc., is a fair, honest and reliable Service. The electrician did a great job on our panel replacement. The electrician was on time, did quality work and was extremely professional. We called around and had several estimates before going with Burley. They had great recommendations and were also the least expensive we found. They guarantee all their work and when we had a slight issue 20 months later they fixed it for free -- they guarantee their workman ship and honor that guarantee with no prompting. We highly recommend them and will use them whenever we need an electrician.

Lance, from Burley Electric Service, Inc., was a member of the team that fully renovated my kitchen over 2 years ago and ever since then I have not had a single problem with an electrical outlet. Although, we recently had a very bad storm and some of my outlets surged. I called Lance and he was able to fix everything immediately.



What was even better is that some of the stuff that required fixing Lance simply walked me through how to do it myself rather than coming out and charging me a minimum fee.
