The owner of this facility is extremely rude and does not care about clients time! I took my car in on a Friday and the owner came out and looked at my car for the work that I wanted done and he quoted me a price and said that it would be no problem and scheduled me an appointment for that coming Monday to do the work. I took my car in for my appointment on Monday morning and the owner came out and told me that he changed his mind and was going to cancel my appointment and refused to work on my car! He was very rude about it and has no interest in good customer service or treating people nicely! I do not recommend this shop at all! If they can't even be professional with customers then there is no way they are professional about their work! I would avoid this business at all costs!

I am very pleased with the work and service I received at this shop. I brought them my almost 19 year old RSX Type S that needed lots of love. The owner and staff were very professional and excited to help me restore my car. We discussed what would be done before hand and I was kept in the loop throughout the process. I just got my car back two days and couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend this place!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. I was alone in Florida broken down and towed to this place. They followed up and finished my car within a few days. They replaced my exhaust system with a similar system that broke down 2 weeks later. Conveniently I was leaving Florida that week. They cheated me out of $700 and I had to pay another $150 in Sarasota to fix their mistakes. I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all. For “my benefit” they sent $100, which didn’t even cover my other fees paid after my exhaust system broke. I spoke with the owner many times, and he clearly didn’t care about me or any other customer.

This place is amazing! It helped me with my damage. I couldn't be happier with the results. My car looks like new, and dealing with them couldn't be happier.

The staffs there are friendly and patient. They responded to my request very quickly and gave me a very reasonable estimates. While I was waiting, they kept me informed with the progress and were very professional about my questions. I would recommend to this business to all of my friends!

I own a BMWX5 and my story is this. I brought my car to this place because is giving me some kind of problem with the transmission and I have warranty that I bought through Endurance. Well this place told me don't worry we will find the issue, we will call the warranty company get it approved. I was hopeful of course. The owner calls me on Tuesday telling me that the warranty company wants them to tear down the transmission to see exactly what's going on. But of course Autho Tech did not wanted to do this because all they wanted was to get approved for a brand new transmission and that's. So they ended up giving me the run around and did even told me ok we will tear it down and see what is wrong and we will contact the warranty people and we will take it from there. Today, when aI go to pick up my car to take it to another place they charged me $97 without telling the first day and of course the minute you walk in they are very nice to you, yeah right! Please be careful with this place.

We had a very good experience at Auto Tech. They were very professional and timely. The repairs they did were very well done. I have a 2015 Mercedes GL350. It looks perfect and the price was reasonable. The customer service was excellent

Brought a my Toyota here for an insurance repair. This place does horrible work and now I have to take my car elsewhere to get the repair repaired. Misaligned body panels and a terrible paint job. They failed to diagnose a damaged wheel bearing and smeared the car interior with grease and dirt. Took the car back and they cleaned the car interior but left off a plastic trim part. I'm not going back a third time. If you see the positive review by jay g. Be aware the owner of the business is named jay ghanem. So he's trying to dilute the bad reviews but posting fraudulent positive reviews. I reported one of his employees/wife for doing the same on Google reviews. I went here based on Angie's list which is also full of good reviews which again are probably posted by the owner and his employees. This place has dealt me a huge financial setback and placed myself and my family's safety at risk. Don't be fooled by the nice front put out by office, the employees performing repair work are incompetent and negligent. Go with your insurance companies repair shop, at least then you have some recourse if bad work is done.

I drive a 2006 Chevy Cobalt. On the way into work a couple weeks ago the lights started fading in and out and my car shut off. I called AAA to tow my car to the dealer but the driver convinced me to use one of their networked places.



Auto Tech and Body determined I had a bad alternator and battery. Total cost was $829.04 + tax (alternator 425.98, labor 165.60, battery 149.98, labor 27.60). I though this was expensive they told me the dealer would charge $1200 for the same service. I already had my car towed and just wanted to get it back quickly.



When I picked up my car the check battery and T/C lights were on. I could feel the car shake every time it automatically shifted, a new problem. I called and spoke with John who recommended I bring my car back in. After the 4th of July weekend I brought my car back in. After about an hour 1/2 I was told the computer didn't find any issues and the check engine light was reset. When I turned on my car both the check engine and T/C lights were still on and the car still shakes when shifting.



On a positive note everyone is extremely friendly and they did a complimentary car wash after both visits.



However I'll will be taking my car to the dealer.

My daughter is a college student who lives in Orlando and comes and visits on holidays/ summer or whenever I push her enough to come and see the family. :-) When she arrived home, she mentioned that her service light was on, and it has been on for months. I took it to Auto Tech and Body, and they did a complimentary inspection report and told me that she needed her regular maintenance done on her 2004 Toyota. I dropped off the vehicle and picked it up- no lights are flashing, the car was washed and cleaned, and the service and follow up was fabulous. Our family has had 3 cars repaired at Auto Tech and Body. The work has always been superb and prompt. We've been such frequent customers that I am always asked about my children by name when I call for service or to schedule a repair. I highly recommend Auto Tech and Body and would drive from anywhere to go to Pompano and get my car repaired right, and they are very fairly priced.

I was involved in a car wreck last month. My beautiful Mercedes was in a bad shape. My friend highly recommended Auto Tech and Body and called them on my behalf. When I went to get an estimate on the repairs, i was impressed by the professionalism that the staff demonstrated, the cleanliness of the place and the quality of work they do. i looked at their album (before and after work), i looked at the awards they received... i was more comfortable than ever. i dropped off my car and picked it up few days later.. the car looks great, they worked with the insurance company directly and i was getting updates on the car repairs on a regular basis. Great Team, great service and quality repairs

You will immediately know that when you see the facility, enter their front desk and waiting area and are greeted by their staff. they are extremely knowledgable and prides themselves on integrity and customer service and it shows. Thier mechanics are certified by almost every manufacturer in the auto industry. Like I tell everyone, "If Donald Trump had an auto repair facility, it would look and run like this one"
