Absolutely awful experience with this shop. After months to complete my bodywork I got the car back with condensation in the new headlight, a burned out bulb in the other, they didn’t replace the damaged vinyl wrap, there was paint overspray on the mirrors, part of the trunk wasn’t painted from the accident, the electric spoiler was malfunctioning, and the car had not been adequately detailed. The shop tried to repair a rim that needed to be replaced per the manufacturer and as a result the wheel won’t hold air for even one day. I brought the car back to them, they told me that they fixed all 5 issues and asked me to pick the car up at a different business. They didn’t even look at 4 out of 5 problems including the flat tire. When I talked to the manager he told me to make arrangements to tow the car to Audi because it was their problem and that I needed to make my own arrangements for a vehicle until Audi figured out what was wrong with mine. Literally bold-faced lied about fixing the tire and a couple other issues, then left me stranded and refused to help me make arrangements to fix the vehicle. I won’t ever take my car to shop that knowingly sends me home in an unsafe vehicle nor will I trust a shop that neglects basics such as putting drain plugs in a headlight nor checking that entire cosmetic issues were unaddressed. Cannot Aaron strongly enough to avoid this shop if you care about your car, your safety or your sanity. Despicable.
