Well i did my first Grubhub order tonight. Why i picked Ruby Tuesday’s i don”t have a clue. The order was wrong.Asked for ribs with spicy bbq sauce got dry rub? The coleslaw had a weird sour, taste old? The mashed potato’s were under seasoned with no flavor at all. Dirty rice?well it looked dirty,also no flavor. I ordered at 5:30 pm. Grubhub called me and told me that Ruby Tuesdays had no ribs till 7:00? WHAT? How can they name a restaurant after such a great Rolling Stones song? It’s a discrase! I guess you have to eat at the restarant because alcohol has definitely got to be in the mix. All these 4 star reviews and the excitement in there reviews certainly they had to be inebriated or munched out? But even if i was stoned to the bone i will never go back or order from Ruby Tuesdays,better off having a tuna sandwich anywhere!! Waste of money!!!

Well folks here i am again in search of a fabulous restaurant with a view? Well Houstons has the view. Went early and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours for the view. WHAT? OK no view. Started with 2 standard Margaritas. ($28 bucks) More ice than cocktail! A foamy mess in a rocks glass. Something about the ice and water. It Smells and tastes bad. Probably non filtered? So get a coke instead. Started with the house salad $9.00 a mandolined salad of herb and greens chopped so small you can”t get it on the fork. I small tomatoe sliced in 1/2. and bad blue cheese dressing. The prime Rib was ($39.00) very nice done well with bone in,side of creamed corn, and a tasteless au jus. The meat and corn to say was over salted would be an understatement. Ther place was getting packed as i left. Pretty atmosphere and wait staff was great.Houstons is a perfect example of a tourist restaurant trying their best to serve locals.And unfortunately not succeeding! Try Abe and Louies better food same price!

Great food great people always pleased with their service

We are at the Bru's room right now watching our server attend to tables that has food. I got up from our table to pick up our beers from the bar tender. Waiting 15min for that. Asking if we are ready to order and then still wait for her to come back. Servers working hard at doing nothing and succeed a 100% Good job Bru's Room!!

Horrible, simply horrible. Our food was served to us cold. When I touched my ribs they were as cold as if you just took them out of the refrigerator. When I asked the waitress to take mine back to the kitchen, she was upset. When I received my food back, The bone of the meat was hot and the meat was tough. All they did was microwave it. My broccoli came unseasoned and french fries were at room temperature. I could not wait to pay the bill and leave. Before leaving I went to the restroom and happen to glance into the kitchen. Oh my God, where is the health dept.? When ever someone in a restaurant returns a meal, the manager should be involved. Horrible food, poorly trained staff and management. Do yourself a favor, visit their competitors.

This place is pretty unique for South Florida and is a must see. Relaxing and cool atmosphere with kava and herbal drinks that you can't get anywhere else. Nice, helpful owners helped me with drink selection.

Not too shabby of a place and does not feel like a chain restaurant. Good place to grab food and drinks

Best price , best service , best food. My favorite place for buy a cake , soup juice and pastel.

Have been going there for year's, don't know how it got a 2 1/2 star. Sylvia is the best server there and go as often as I can.

For the price we paid the food was practically tasteless and if that wasn't enough the service was absolute crap. There's three teenage girls working there we went in on a Monday night and they at like they have a grudge because we came in at 8 o'clock to eat and they were closing down the burger topping station. When I ordered my food I asked for the turkey sandwich with tomato and lettuce completely aware that there was a charge when I got my sandwich it didn't have that I politely told the girl at the counter and she was very ride and short AND told me I had to pay for that separately. I'm sorry but I snapped back at her yes I know that's the way I ordered it. Honestly if you're not nice enough to be in customer service get a different job I go to Wendy's and I'm treated better that's sad.they acted disgruntled that we were using the mayonnaise she had just filled due to the fact that they were trying to do all their closing side work an hour early. I will never eat here again
