First off the food is good, but they are slow as molasses. I called them 45 minutes prior to my lunch break and told them exact time I will be there to pick up my food. I was there on my exact time and still had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and wasted 15 of it waiting for my food. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE IF YOU ARE ON A TIME LIMIT!

My company has depended on Val Transport to deliver concrete accessories for the last 2 years. They also have helped in anyway they can to help deliver very HOT orders. No LTL company will do that without a 2 hour window. Stayed there 3 times recently The property's old , house keeping is horrible rooms are supposed to be ready for check in at 3pm however 3:20pm they are still cleaning the rooms, other time they claim the sheets were washed but looked like some one was sleeping in the bed Pryor to checking in, recently was accused of steeling something , these people are disgusting
Do not rent with this company! You will not get your deposit back and if you need any maintenance done it could take days, weeks or months after having to call back several times and threaten before the work is done. Sometimes they'll come out and assess the situation but then never come back to fix. Just awful! Right now I had to hire a lawyer to get my money deposit back when they didn't make any claim on the deposit.

Worst every I wouldn't recommend to anyone! I moved from mass to Florida and he was aware I was moving so far away so I was suppose to move in the 15th and while on my way to Florida after I have packed up all my stuff paid for it to be shipped here gave up my apartment and hit the road with my 4 year old son so I told him I was on my way and he then informed me the apartment wasn't ready I contacted him he never contacted me about saying it wasn't ready or anything. So now I am in Florida and my 4 year old son and I have no place to live I had to pay 550 for a hotel for a week plus 200 to store my stuff and I'm not sure what we are going to do after that the whole thing is just ridiculous. And it doesn't seem like he even cares at all that my son and I are now homeless his response was well things happen I can give you your money back which doesn't really help because I don't have any where else to go. It is just the worse customer service ever!!!!
I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy. Very poor business practices. They bully people over "preferred" practices, not rules of any apartment complex or condo association. It's a majority rules mentality instead of what is right. They will actually call you and ask to "spot check" your apartment without following legal protocol.
Don't rent here! Agent is a thief! "Management" will take your money then end all communication. The paperwork is fraudulent and the employees are rude and inconsiderate. My initial interaction was friendly and helpful but, that is an act. The reality of dealing with these people is harsh, pushy, and disgusting. The building is "renovated" but, don't be fooled by the cheap ugly paint, unprofessional updates, old rusty washer and dryer, and only one a/c unit in the bedroom to be sure to cause mold in the rest of the unit. The router is in one apartment to supply service for the entire building. So if service goes down, be prepared for your neighbors to come knocking at all hours for a solution. Renters beware! Do not give deposit, you will not receive a contract! This experience will be scarey! Not worth one star.
Got here very fast, fixed my AC ad out the door in less than 2 hours, very good work i'd say!
