Amazing!! Highly recommend. We came from another state for vacation and found this place online. We were left impressed. Great and friendly service. So much fun!
This was the absolute worst place we ever could have booked a jet ski tour. After filling out endless forms and receiving five minutes of jet ski op…
Very friendly, down to earth. Dominic made the entire experience so easy for our first time. Our two daughters rode the jet skis and he was attentive to them as well. Definitely recommend to anybody in the area.
Terrible service. They were rude from the beginning and charged us for damages that were there prior to our ride.
Basically this placed ripped my daughter off. They first said she was being charged $500. because of a mechanical problem, Then when she told them that wasn't the jet ski she used they said "Oh, well yours had water damage & damage to the bottom." This place told my daughter that they would make a deal with her if she paid right away. They would only charge $300. instead of $500. We were able to talk to the owner once and he agreed she should not have been charged, BUT we can not get ahold of him again to reverse the charge. The company said it's a civil court case now, So to small claims court we go!
Best Watersports rental company I've ever dealt with. I love that they deliver their equipment to you! Me and my friends were having a party at Lake Ida and they delivered 3 jet skis and 4 Paddle boards to us for it and Dominic gave us a great deal and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be using them in the future
Great boats and customer service. Staff was very knowledgeable regarding boats and where to go on the water. We had a wonderful time and we will be back
This was the absolute worst place we ever could have booked a jet ski tour. After filling out endless forms and receiving five minutes of jet ski operation training, we were told to take the jet ski out on the water. We were also informed to stay 300 feet away from lobster divers and their boats. There were multiple boats, making that a terrible day for any tour. They shouldn't have allowed any to be booked those two days. After the guide told us where he'd take us, he sped off past us at 80 mph and got a mile ahead of us. Going at a reasonable, safe speed was obviously too slow. He realized we hadn't caught up yet, so he doubled back and told us if we didn't speed up, we wouldn't make it back in an hour. How ridiculous. A tour at 70 - 80 mph on a jet ski on the ocean filled with waves, boats and divers. You can't control a jet ski at that speed unless you've been riding them for a while, and the tour nor the guide allowed for that. There's no way I felt safe or smart riding at that speed. We stopped the tour and went back to land. No apology. No explanation. No offer of a refund. This was a horrendous experience and I will NEVER use them again, nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone.
Flori-duh Vacationer beware:This is just a news alert by now most news stations plus Daily Mail & so many more especially in Connecticut have reported a 28 year old woman parasailing with her husband in tandem has died when her harness broke by Wave Blast Water Sports. Hopefully Wave Blast Water Sports will do the right thing: CLOSEJust by the responses by this company before the parasailing accident this tragic accident could've been prevented if the company invested in buying new harnesses from time to time. From the looks of the one that broke it was on it's last leg. Shame on you Wave Blast Water Sports you caused the death of a young woman. How do you sleep at night? We're a high volume type of water sports companyimplies that you in it for the sheer numbers only not the safety of your guests.Too bad this water sports isn't regulated. I highly doubt we will get a responsefrom the owner of Wave Blast Water Sports as the cat has it's tongue. RIP
My 16 year old daughter and two nieces (18 and 26) went to Fort Lauderdale for the week. They had never traveled without adults before, and, needless to say, I was a bit concerned. I spoke to everyone I could (desk receptionist and concierge at their hotel,...) and found out about this company. I called the week before the trip and spoke to "Chris"; he told me that they rent jet skis for $55.00 for a half hour, a shuttle and gas were included in the price. When my girls got to their hotel, they called Wave Blast Water Sports 2 and were told the same information. When they finally got there, they were told that they would be charged $82.00!!!!! Of course, they said they have a no-refund policy. After much drama, they lowered the price to $75.00 for the half hour. When I found out, I was outraged! I then called the company again (from my Texas home), and spoke to Chris again. He didn't know who I was. I asked him about jet skis and he AGAIN told me that it would be $55.00 for the half hour. When I told him who I was and what had just happened, he said it was TAXES! Imagine, 36% in taxes! Outrageous! The owner "Zack" is supposed to call me back - well, let's face it, it not going to happen. This company is a horrible scam.
