Let me start off by stating that most of the negative reviews are rediculous and are done by people that dont know much about how warranty works..I had Electronic Laboratory come out to servous a Tv that was under warranty with HHGREGG which we all know is out of business and I didnt have the number to contact them and LIZ in the front office went above and beyond and went out of her way to not only give me the number to my extended warranty(which I thought was also out of business but also helped to get service set up for me..This was about 6 months ago and yes when its under warranty it takes longer because Electronic Laboratory has to order the parts through the warranty company not on their own,which leads me to last week i had Electronic Laboratory come out to me on a TV that was out of warranty and spoke to Liz and told her I would love to have it for New Years and guess what I had my TV back and working in two days at a reasonable price!!which tells you its OUT OF ANY COMPANIES CONTROL TO GET IT DONE FAST WHEN IT IS UNDER WARRANTY SO ALL YOU WITH THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS GET A LIFE AND FIND SOMETHING BETTER TO DO!! Every time I have dealt with Liz whether it be on the phone or in the front office,she has always been the sweetest to deal with!!

This store is incredible for different reasons, friendly attention but most important honest and knowledgeable about their expertise. They would tell you if they can fix it or if it's worth it, so they won't just tell you "We'll fix it" just to take your money.I took a CR-7A Discrete Nakamichi Cassette Player/Recorder that seemed to be frozen with lights on but moving. There aren't too many places in the United States that can professionally work on a product that the company does not exist anymore even being in their time the best cassette player/recording company in the world. In the US probably there are 3 or 4 that can work on these electronics and this store in Pompano Beach, Florida are able to stand up to any of the others with personal proofs. They were able to work on it and fix it perfect, I am very happy because this unit is the second best unit Nakamichi made behind the famous Dragon model and I really love how it works.The price was adequate because this unit is worth about $2000 when is in mint condition which this one is. Like I said before, this lab did everything they promised and I was happy to be able to drive 60 miles to this place and well worth it to bring it directly to them and not mail it and risk damages on the transportation, insurance and aggravations.This place to me is A-1.
Horrible costumer service!!!Try to set up appointment and any time i call its always excuse or "We will call you back"just wasting almost 3 weeks of my time,and lady who answer the phone .........i dont have a word to describe her attitude .Rude......!!!
so i have a warranty with The Home Depot for my Dishwasher and I had Electronic Laboratory come out and diag it and I know because my appliance is under warranty it would take a little bit to get the part because it has to be ordered directly through Home depot,and the lady(Liz) on the phone was sooooooo sweet and explained everything to me and you people writing these bad reviews need to chill because parts do take a while through warranty,I have had them fix a Tv for me out of warranty and because they were able to order parts on their own I had the Tv back to me in 3 days working perfect and at a very reasonable price...They are as honest as companys get I sent a neighbor into them with a stereo that was not working and it ended up being a switch that was turned off and they could have told them it was something else and instead they didnt!!!I highly recomend this company!!Oh and By the way not to go off track but my Dishwasher was reparied and very happy =)
Cancelled my appointment after I waited over 4 hours, taking the time from my job to meet their service person who never showed up. The wife of the owner is the receptionist and apparently doesn't know anything about customer service or cares. Promised a 1st appt. of the day and when I called at 11:30 she said get someone else. Really bad service, they lie, they are incompetent.
I had a totally different experience than many of you. I brought my Onkyo 838 in for repair and was given a window of 7-10 working days, which is perfectly reasonable considering that no repair facility can stock replacement parts for every model of every brand that they service. Long story short, I received a call just 5 days after bringing the unit in and was informed it was ready for pick-up. I retrieved the unit and it works flawlessly. I think that there is a measure of impatience among some of the reviewers in this thread.
Jeff is the best! He makes everything so easy and fast so you can get in get your cash and get out. He provides great customer service and because of him I refuse to go to any other pawn shop.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I could give them no stars. I was obligated to use them for a warranty repair. Horrible customer service. After waiting over 1 week for an appt. (which we had confirmed with a case number) they didn't show up that day claiming the appt. was the next day. The woman on the phone was absolutely the most horrible, rude person I've ever had to deal with in this capacity. The guy came the next day and took the TV. We were told that they WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT FOR 7-10 DAYS!!! More than two weeks went by and we finally got an appt. to have the TV returned. AGAIN, they didn't come on the correct day claiming the appt. was the next day. AGAIN, the woman on the phone was absolutely the most horrible, rude person I've ever had to deal with. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
