Goodwill Store where Ms. Corrina works. She was not happy to accept the return due to her refusal to fill out paperwork. She made up her rules. She said, "I am in charged of this store, we can't accept your return unless you have bought it at our store". This is not what Goodwill's policy is. Because, we have reported it to one of the District Manager. He has informed us that Goodwill must accept all the returns unless items are bought in Los Angeles County or in Orange County.
Second, we called and asked one of the item to be held in one hour, so we can come to buy it and pay for it. Ms. Corrina said, "Customers can't call and ask for the item they want to purchase on hold on the phone". However, we have witness one the customer asked Ms. Corrina where is her boot that she called to be held for one hour and the customer wanted to pay for the item.
Third, we again wanted to return one of the cellphone we bought from Goodwill Store in San Bernardino. Ms. Corrina once again made up her rules. She said, "We can't accept your return because you purchased it in San Bernardino. You need to return it in San Bernardino". We returned the cellphone because it is blocked. It can't be used. We told her that is not the policy of Goodwill because the District Manager has informed us we can return anywhere as long as it is not purchased in Los Angeles County or Orange County. As a result, she unhappily accepted the returned item.
I don't think Ms. Corrina understands and appreciates customers like us to shop and donate to Goodwill. She has her job due to the generous donations from people like us who donate and who shop at Goodwill stores. Her extreme superior and her refusal to fill out the paperwork for the returned items only stopping people from shopping at Goodwill. Perhaps, stopping people from donating to Goodwill. If she does not want to fill out the paperwork for the returned items. She should find another job somewhere else. She stops working for Goodwill because there are always customers who return the items they purchase which they don't like.
