1 renting a place it started out fine. However once we moved out we gave them over a month's notice. We let them come in early and review the house. We had everything professionally cleaned. There also is an immaculate condition. We had no problems during her checkup. He said, Doug, simply would be getting back her full deposit. It has now been over 2 months. We have called several times and nobody has gotten back to us. All that we here is that they will relay the message.this is been totally unacceptable is no be has gotten back to us in over 4 weeks. I would be very hesitant to rent through these people. Very unprofessional. Terrible communication and very overall. I would give less than 1 star if possible.

We are previous renters. Since we gave our 30 day notice, the company has given us nothing but the run around. They won't return phone calls or emails. The office manager is rude. During our last month, they would want access to the house without the required 24 hours notice. After 60 days, despite a perfect inspection with no deductions and professionally cleaned carpets, they have yet to refund our security deposit. I am currently researching filing a suit in small claims court and an official complaint against the property manager. I know of several other people who have rented from them as well who have had nothing but issues.

Polson Property Management has been handling the rental for the property I am leasing for the past 4 years. Overall, I have not had any negative experiences and have found them to be responsive to the problems I have reported ie ants, sent fumigator in a timely fashion, and problems with furnace taken care of, and most significantly the water issues we were having with very "hard" water, and the owner was convinced to put in a new water softening system that has made a tremendous difference.
I recently contacted this establishment because I was thinking about moving up to MT to be near some relatives. They were referred to me by my cousin. After dealing with the ladies who work there I can say I have not dealt with the level of professionalism they have shown me. I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews below, but I feel as if maybe they have had some staff changes recently because this does not reflect the experience I went through! They were happy, kind, returned my calls and seemed enthusiastic about helping me. I have decided to not move yet due to financial burdens, but when I do this will be the place I go to!
This was the absolute worst experience I 've ever had with any property management company. Its impossible to get them to fix anything in a timely order the lady that works the desk is extremely rude they take as long as they possibly can to do anything. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody and I surely will NEVER deal with them again
This is the worst rental place I have ever dealt with. I put my deposit and 1st month down and I was coming out of town and trusted them to leave me the key needless to say a key was never left and I couldn't get ahold of the people. The house was also priced way to high for what I got. The refridgerator was a 1970s model and it went out and it took about 1 month to get a new one. The stove went out and they didn't want to fix it for 2 weeks. The sink was leaking so bad I had a buckey under the sink. I finally got tired of them not fixing things so I sent then an email of the sink overflowing cause I was tired of dumping out the Bucket and they finally came to fix it. They done there random house inspections and I never had a bad thing until it was time to move out. Then I got a bill saying I owed them money. I paid a 1750 deposit. I moved out on the 1st of the month and 2 weeks later they called me and said they were gonna do a final inspection. Wow. So in that time it snowed so they charged me to plow the driveway and the plants died and they charged me for that. Really?? This is the worst rental company so go somewhere else if at all possible.
Every experience that I have had the displeasure of having with this property management, our property management, has been horrible. If by some miracle you can get them to answer the phone it is incredibly hard to get them to follow through with what they say.We were told that the house that we were going to move into was move in ready, It was not, not even in the slightest. The grass was over waist high, the house itself was disgustingly dirty with trash and items left behind from the previous tenants. Holes in the walls, inside and out. There was broken glass and trash in the yard.We were horrified when we moved in and were told that they could get someone in to clean it the following week and that it would take at least 2 days to clean. That was impossible since we were moving in from out of state and there was no garage. Our latest fiasco- Our dishwasher broke 3 weeks ago. We were told that someone could come out the following week to repair it. That was the last that we heard from them. Nobody showed up, no phone calls, nothing.Another example is that we received a letter a month ago that there would be a random yard inspection the third week of September and that for every category that was wrong with the yard we would be charged $35. In the rental agreement it was mentioned that if their was ever an inspection that it would be a $25 fee for every category that needed help. Please keep in mind how horrible the yard was when we moved in. I called them to make sure that we would get the 24 hour notice that someone would be coming to the house, that the law requires, but nobody answered. So I sent 2 e-mails. No response.I've had to sent numerous e-mails trying to get them to do their jobs. Along with so many phone calls that they don't answer or don't follow up with. I've even sent a formal letter to the manager and not a damn thing has happened! I am truly astonished by their lack of responsibility and concern for their tenants. They are horrible at communicating with their tenants.Just in case you get the feeling that this is an isolated event, it's not. We have met some of their other tenants and their stories are just as bad! I can't even begin to say how I would rather move to a city hours away from where we work and have to make the commute, then to EVER have to deal with these people ever again!
