These guys are the best, other places in Point Roberts have their staff put in nasty reviews to turn people away...the latest scam is the new neighbor across the street is going to be a UPS depot, so they reported TSB for having trailers to the county, very underhanded, hope the neighbor crashes and goes broke... the only complaint is it is getting pricey, $4 for a really small pack is a bit much.... emails are on always on time... their rules are there in black and white.....

Very pricey and horrible customer service! I agree with other reviews, employees are antagonistic and downright rude. Won't be sending my packages here any longer.
I've used them for over 30 shipments over the last couple of years and their service is fine if everything goes well. But if there is ever a problem, their attitude towards customer service is very antagonistic. From a customer perspective, it seems like a bait & switch tactic with a friendly and welcoming front page and hidden gotcha's in the back pages they will use to penalize you.If you escalate to a manager, you get a snarky and belligerent response back.Net is, their attitude towards customer service sucks. There are other companies in Point Roberts that offer this same service - and as I check them out I find their prices are actually better. That is where my future business will be going and I will be encouraging my friends and colleagues to do the same.
All the paperwork is done online. Everything is fast. The facility itself is quiet and clean - a big difference with the messy Letter Carrier service that ran here before.
In Out Parcel is a brand new parcel receiving service which opened Nov 2014. They replaced The Letter Carrier. InOut use computer lockers to store your packages, then you just go there whenever you like to pickup by entering a 6 digit number into the computer. Took me 20 seconds to get my package when timed from the parking lot.
TSB shipping has been great for the past year until recently I had something shipped from Japan with EMS and according to USPS tracking it was delivered on Dec 12, SIGNED by TSB staff, and there was no email notification. It's happened before so I called them the next day to confirm they've got it under my file. The staff told me No they don't have it, and to check further, they don't even have this particular tracking number in the system. Basically, they don't have it.Fast forward, they blame USPS for dumping parcels to them and they just signed on whatever USPS claimed to give to them. USPS of course, obtaining signature from their end, does not admit any wronging and insisting TSB shipping has it.Now I do know USPS has their flaw, but to me, TSB shipping who receive parcels, SHOULD HAVE CHECKED if they're receiving what they've told BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING. USPS could have mis delivered, but at this point, TSB shipping has nothing to back them up except complaining about USPS for being sloppy when they're pretty sloppy on their end too. unfortunately the worse part is nobody is going to cover my loss, which is a whopping $350USD. USPS does not think the claim valid and TSB shipping refuses to take the blame for "USPS's poor delivery process".DON'T SIGN FOR IT IF YOU DIDN'T GET IT!Hands down.
