I live in a small community over a 100 miles away from this pharmacy, but for nearly two years they were very good about accommodating my prescriptions. I don't know if they have a new pharmacist, but recently after ordering a refill online and having it go through without issue, I was told there was a hidden, unwritten policy regarding some patients/prescriptions and that I would have to come back in two days or call my doctor to ok it. I have never had an issue with refilling a prescription less than 72 hours before the next refill was due. Unfortunately, by the time I had arrived at the store early Friday evening, my doctor had already left his office for the weekend. I asked why I hadn't been contacted hours earlier when they decided not to fill my prescription. I could have contacted my doctor or at least saved myself the cost and time of the 200+ mile trip. I was told that the pharmacist didn't believe a timely heads up about a hidden, unwritten policy that apparently is only at this location is something a customer deserves. Maybe if you live close by, this isn't much of an inconvenience. But if you have to travel any sort of distance to get your medication or have a job with a fixed schedule, it is just too difficult to use a pharmacy where you can be told without warning that you might or might not be served or told to come back. Especially with no clear guidelines to how, why or when that you can figure out before physically showing up at the store.

Every time I try to get something advertised it is out of stock. The bagged salads in the produce dept are always very near the last sale date. I don't trust them. This store is poorly managed.
Fred Myers security has harassed my wife and child to the point of tears. With threatening comments and vulgarity and rude gesters. They have almost walked on me through out the store. They look like a tall white guy with black hair and a black short stuble beard and wears a black baseball hat and a large black jacket. The other man is white tall chubby with blond hair no facial hair and a red or white baseball hat and a polo shirt. When my wife complained to the manager she was informed they did not work there and she had no right to say they were harassing her and told her to mind her own business
