I scheduled an appointment for a mother daughter date. 4 pedicures, 3 sets of new nails. I sat with my feet in the water for over an hour waiting for my pedicure. The water was cold, my feet pruned and tender. Several people came in without appointments and they took them immediately. They could have been doing 2 sets of nails and 2 pedicures, then switch. Instead they just kept taking walk-ins. I had them do just a basic pedi because we had now been there for an hour and a half, 2 sets of nails still in progress, and I still had to get my nails done. By the time they seated me for nails we had been there for 2+hours. I decided to not have my nails done because everyone would now be waiting on me. Keep in mind, 3 other people have now gotten pedis and/or nails while I waited. Went to pay, their signs say $25/fill acrylic set. They charged me $45 a set because they were longer and gel polish. I expected to pay additional for the gel polish, but he added more on because of the length- which was not started on any signage. My total came to $300+! I told them it is wrong to do walk-in's ahead of appointments. They just kept adding anyone who walked in. The pedicures were great, the nails not so great. They have many visible flaws. This is not the first time we have come here. This is the only place we have ever come to in the last 4 years. We will not be returning. The attached pictures are just a few of the nails... I could take pictures of all of them. They have a policy that guarantees satisfaction, but they will redo the nails. Not willing to spend another 2+hours waiting to get them fixed. Very disappointed.

I think that people are just so judgemental that nothing is really ever good enough for them clearly because they did everything that I asked and I'm not the simplest when it comes to my nails they did more than what I asked and were very polite not to mention my nails look FABULOUS. The environment was even accommodated to better fit my time there. I couldn't have asked for anything better to be honest it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. Thanks guys your AMAZING* I'll be back for sure!!
We tried to order the onion straws and turns out they were out of onion rings. Really! Then we went with the 2 for 20. We got the classic cheese burger and the chicken crispers. The cheese burger got to the table with no cheese so we told them that we wanted cheese. By the time it got back to the table the burger was cold it had no sauce on it and the cheese wasn't even melted. The burger had NO FLAVOR what do ever. The staff at this place is very rude and they don't care about the customer. I can tell you don't waist your money!!
I was extremely up set by the way the hair dresser spoke about her co-works, as being i was a women she has never met! Plus my hair was uneven
I've been going to Hot Hair for several years and have always had wonderful experience with anyone that works there!

This has been the worst dining experience I have ever had my kids wanted to take me somewhere nice for dinner, I let them decide it was Mother's Day, and because we had never been there they wanted me to try it. We were there for 2 1/2 hrs, 1 hr just waiting for service and another getting our food, and then I had to find my check to pay for our meal. Horrible, horrible service!!
I attempted to get a mini, pedi, and gel nails at this salon but it didn't work out. I waited for 45 min past my appointment time and the lady that I was scheduled with never showed up. The owner did not seem to have much of a solution to the problem and I was asked to come back later. As I sat there waiting, I over heard a stylist trash talking another one of her clients to her current client. I will never go back to this salon. For the price that they are asking for their services, it should be a professional, welcoming environment.
Hello to the two people who came into Ruby Tuesday and had a bad experience. I am the new manager here at the establishment and would love to invite you both to come back in and give us another try. We have been doing everything in our management power to raise our standard of service in our restaurant and am very proud to say that you would think very differently of us if you came back in and had dinner with us again. Again we have raised our standard to one of the highest that it should be and are doing much better than when you came in last as there is no exucse as to us even having that type of standard then.
