Business Description
Our Story: Ruby Tuesday is driven by uncompromising freshness and quality, gracious hospitality and a growing list of Five-Star restaurants destined to be the envy of the casual dining business. Our Mission: Quality. Passion. Pride. Quality means freshness. It's fresh 100% USDA Choice or Prime ground beef formed into perfectly grilled, Handcrafted Burgers that redefine an American classic. Quality is seasonal vine ripened tomatoes and crisp leaf lettuce still glistening with garden dew. It's applewood smoked bacon and premium cheeses and an uncompromising commitment to providing you the best. Passion is people- people who love what they do and take your enjoyment personally. Passion is what to expect from the people who take your order, the people who craft your meal (and peek out from the kitchen to see your delight) and the people who are designing our comfortable, stylish Five-Star restaurants that are destinations in themselves. Everyone you meet here is happy you've come, and they're genuinely dedicated to having you visit with us frequently. Pride makes us a family. This is our home. You are our guest. And we will attend to your dining experience with a degree of care and attention to detail unrivaled anywhere. A deep desire to serve others is the secret weapon of a gracious host. And that's why, at Ruby Tuesday, we want you to always leave with a smile.

Worst service ever!!

This has been the worst dining experience I have ever had my kids wanted to take me somewhere nice for dinner, I let them decide it was Mother's Day, and because we had never been there they wanted me to try it. We were there for 2 1/2 hrs, 1 hr just waiting for service and another getting our food, and then I had to find my check to pay for our meal. Horrible, horrible service!!

Hello to the two people who came into Ruby Tuesday and had a bad experience. I am the new manager here at the establishment and would love to invite you both to come back in and give us another try. We have been doing everything in our management power to raise our standard of service in our restaurant and am very proud to say that you would think very differently of us if you came back in and had dinner with us again. Please feel free to ask or call me, Manny Molina as I would love to apologize first hand to you compared to over a review. Again we have raised our standard to one of the highest that it should be and are doing much better than when you came in last as there is no exucse as to us even having that type of standard then. I am hoping this gets back to you both and I am contacted to be able to be given another oppurtunity to win you over.

Started well, then fell

We were there right after they opened, stopped for brunch and thought it was certainly the best Pocy had to offer. Took the family there during a visit in 2011 and what a huge disappointment. It was clear that all they were really selling were the overpriced drinks. Out of six entrees, two were good. Ribs were nothing but slabs of fat with strange sauce poured on. Cheese biscuits were fine for hocky pucks. Lots of offers for more drinks, to help us gag it down I suppose. And if you stopped buying drinks, all service stopped immediately. Bummer

Sunday dinner at Ruby Tuesday'...

Sunday dinner at Ruby Tuesday's was the low point of the weekend. A good crowd should have kept the food and the salad bar fresh because of turnover, but something went badly wrong. Their special cheese biscuits arrived at the table hard and crispy through and through so that they had to be sent back...for another long wait. The ribs might have been good the day before but had sitting in the warmer far longer than any reasonable chef would have allowed. Fell off the bone because the bone had dried to a chalky finish as had the rib meat. This all was only topped by the onion rings which shattered upon lifting but were held together by the dried onion itself, which looked and felt more like high quality leather. A supremely poor showing...stay away.
