Poor poor poor customer service. Food cold. Went through drive thru and ordered the shrimp and halibut meal, my favorite. A treat since I moved to Las Vegas recently. Here enjoying family. BUT....I requested additional sauces WHEN I ordered. The girl just hands me a folded up sack says Bye Bye. I checked for my Xtra sauces. No extra. I inquired as to WHY.....and she explains that it would be .80 cents more! I said well, first of all, I wanted them. 2bd, here's my $$ but now we have cold food, a wait for other cars behind me, and rudeness. I'm not coming back to that location again. And....it's COLD. snowing outside with my window down? No thanks. BTW she took my money.
We tried to order the onion straws and turns out they were out of onion rings. Really! Then we went with the 2 for 20. We got the classic cheese burger and the chicken crispers. The cheese burger got to the table with no cheese so we told them that we wanted cheese. By the time it got back to the table the burger was cold it had no sauce on it and the cheese wasn't even melted. The burger had NO FLAVOR what do ever. The staff at this place is very rude and they don't care about the customer. I can tell you don't waist your money!!
This has been the worst dining experience I have ever had my kids wanted to take me somewhere nice for dinner, I let them decide it was Mother's Day, and because we had never been there they wanted me to try it. We were there for 2 1/2 hrs, 1 hr just waiting for service and another getting our food, and then I had to find my check to pay for our meal. Horrible, horrible service!!
I ordered food and got moldy sauce and an argument accrued between the the manager and myself. Very unprofessional and finally demanded my money back. The health department is notified of the undated condiments. The better business bureau also noted for the poor management. I used to love their food but am very diss appointed on how the situation was handled.
Hello to the two people who came into Ruby Tuesday and had a bad experience. I am the new manager here at the establishment and would love to invite you both to come back in and give us another try. We have been doing everything in our management power to raise our standard of service in our restaurant and am very proud to say that you would think very differently of us if you came back in and had dinner with us again. Please feel free to ask or call me, Manny Molina as I would love to apologize first hand to you compared to over a review. Again we have raised our standard to one of the highest that it should be and are doing much better than when you came in last as there is no exucse as to us even having that type of standard then.
