I came into the store the other day and the old man that works there was having a heated discussion with a disgruntled customer. When the old man told him not to come back the customer said that he would take his business to Chewy’s. The old man said that the CEO of Chewys was a dirty Arab. He even spurted off some name and told the customer that no vendors would sell him food because he was funding terrorists. My wife and I are both Muslims and we were appalled by comments from this racist old man. We immediately left your store when we got home my wife looked up that Chewy’s store and it turns out that the owner is whiter than you folk. Which means your employee was being racist just to be racist.

The greediest store in town. Likes to give out coupons but then when you attempt to redeem them they refuse to honor it because you are not a new customer!

The employees are very knowledgeable about their products even in cases when your pet needs special food. My cat is diabetic and this is the only store I could find that sells food for a diabetic cat. I highly recommend

Wonderfull customer service. They acually know what they are talking about and they have a huge product selection. Many holistic dog and cat foods and all american made!

It is one of the best pet food and supply store I have been to. Their selections and prices are great. They even have my mother driving over 45mins. one way to shop at this great store. I am glad to still in this economy be able to get "A" list products at a "C" list price.
