Customer service is poor. The employees I've spoke to have poor attitudes and manors. Food is decent, I only use this store for convenience reason. They deliver to me at work. Delivery drivers are polite.

I ordered a pizza and salad yesterday 9/21/15 from Jets on Haggerty and 5 mile, 15450 N Haggerty Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170.



I placed my order with Elissa. I was told 45 minutes until delivery. I ordered at 6:20pm, I called back at 7:30pm to check on the order, they put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back and said we cant find the order. I said I placed it with Elissa an hour and ten minutes ago, I had to repeat my address for her 3 times while ordering. He said oh well, we cant find it, we can make you a new order if you want and it will be delivered in 45 minutes. I said I have already waited over an hour for my order, now I have to wait an additional 45 minutes? He said yes there is nothing we can do about it. I hung up, I was so mad they treated me that way, it was horrible customer service. I was so mad I called back to speak to a manager, Mike, and he told me the same thing. He said its their computer system and it happens ALL the time. He said they could deliver our order in 45 minutes or I could pick it up in 20. It was going on 8pm at this point, my kids were hungry and ready for bed, we ordered at 620. I said forget it, horrible, horrible customer service. There was never a resolution, I told them I wasn't waiting another 45 minutes. If this was my company I would want to know if the staff was not taking care of customers orders, and then they weren't even nice enough to fix their mistake. I fully expected them to say we will get this made ASAP and get it right out to you. I was not expecting them to blow me off and say oh well, and make me wait an additional 45 minutes. This was horrible. Prior to this, we ordered from Jets AT LEAST once every two weeks, sometimes every week. Never again, especially now that I know this happens ALL the time, as they told me.
