I have had nothing, but a horrible experience with B. Ella Bridal. Between myself and my 8 bridesmaids, we have spent approximately $3,500 at this establishment. I have contacted and came up to B. Ella multiple times to speak to the owner because my veil was tarnished and the previous veil they sold me had stones missing. I wanted a refund or exchange for my $300 veil for a different veil and they refuse to do it and had the nerve to imply it was my fault the gemstones tarnished on my veil, when it was in the B. Ella garment bag with my dress I bought from there upstairs in my closet. Not to mention I was lied to that the owner would call me, and here we are 3 months later and they haven't done a single thing (after I spent nearly $1000 on my dress and they refused to clean it and fix the rhinestones on my dress too after they promised to bc my dress was a sample).

My bridesmaids had a horrible experience there. When I asked the place multiple times to tell me how much was needed to be given to place the order, they told me half. I explained to them I had some girls in my bridal party that were plus size and they never told me there was a charge for the dresses being over a size 16 (in which a size 8 girl had to order a 16 so the dresses ran very small). So when my girls went to pay for their dresses the girls decided to make them feel bad and surprise them with this. I understand it is not their fault the designers charge extra, but they could have told them In advanced or told me to so I didn't have girls on a budget crying over money and crying bc they felt so bad about themselves.

On top of that, the consultants screwed up the math on figuring out what the girls owed on their dresses. When my girls called because they were angry they were ripped off, I (the bride) received a call that because of THEIR mistake, the owner told them they "had to add it on to their bill when they pick up their dress". I reminded the person on the phone that that is horrible business to screw up on things and then punish my girls for their mistake after I brought them a lot of business. You don't get a call from Home Depot when they accidentally under/over charge you and they want their money back or they want to give you your money back, so why would this place do anything different? But no, again, after my loyal business to their place, again, they screwed me and my bridal party over. Not to mention bc I had so many girls, they said they would give my girls 20% off their purchase, and then lied and changed it to 15%. They also said there was a military discount and they lied about that too.

I am marrying a man that is a veteran in the United States Army/ National Guard and this is apparently how they treat military brides, and bridal party. A day that was supposed to be happy and full of joy turned into me, my girls and my family being angry and upset at the horrible customer service and lies they have told. After many attempts they haven't done a single thing to make it right and the "owner" doesn't seem to even care.
